What is the difference between clips used on your hair accessories?
We use 3 types of clips: Alligator Pinch Clip, French 'Snap' Barrette and 'Tear Drop' Snap Clip. I recommend using an Alligator Pinch Clip on infants, toddlers, and big girls with thin hair. All of our alligator clips are lined with ribbon to help secure itself to the princess hair. A French Barrette is great on girls with thicker, longer hair. We also recommend using this clip on big bows with lots of layers of ribbon. The Tear Drop Snappie is great for babies or girls with thin hair, to hold back a few strands.
Do you accept custom orders? Certainly!
We’re happy to accept custom orders. You can either e-mail me a photo of the outfit, or the colors wanted and we will gladly design a bow just for your little princess, to match as close to the outfit as possible.
Are ends of ribbons sealed to prevent fraying? Absolutely!
We seal the ends of all bows using professional techniques to increase durability.
What sizes do your headbands fit? Lace Headbands are based on your baby's head size and will fit comfortably up to 2" less. Be very careful and sure about selecting the size before placing the order. This are made upon request, and there are no refunds or returns accepted. Size guide: Newborn .............. 12" Small ..................... 13" Medium ................ 14" Large .................... 16" X-tra Large ........ 18" Our Crochet and Stretchy Skinnie Headbands, are one size and fits most!
What are my shipping fees and options? Shipping First Class is a flat rate of $2.95 and Priority is a flat rate of $4.95. We also offer free shipping on orders over $75. All orders are mailed via USPS, but if you need items faster, please contact me before placing the order so we can accommodate your request as best as possible (some extra fees may apply).
Do you ship internationally? Not at this time! We are working on it and will ship internationally in the near future!
How long will it take for my order to ship? Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped that same day. After 3pm, will ship the next day. We ship Monday - Friday and any orders made on the weekend will be mailed the following Tuesday. Custom orders may take up to 1 week before shipping depending on ribbon availability.
What type of payments do you accept? At this time we are only accepting payments through PayPal. It is a secure way of paying with your credit card and don't need to have an account or sign up at time of payment. What is your return and exchange policy? Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. You will receive a handmade product each and every time you order. We guarantee customer satisfaction on every product and we verify orders before shipping. Unless there is a problem with a wrong product shipped, e-mail us within 7 days of receiving the order and we will gladly correct the error.
